From the very first phone call to the last while Shane handled most, as well as the rest of the team were very happy, efficient, positive and accommodating. Customer service is amazing. Storage spaces are very clean. Nothing is too much for the team at Big box self Storage to help with and done with a happy spirit.
Highly recommend this hidden gem if you are not aware of it yet.

In all that time the guys Adam, Shane, Stu, and Tony (did I forget anyone? ) took wonderful care of my treasures. My belongings were in good knick upon retrieval. No mice, spiders or bugs. Brilliant! Nothing was damaged and nothing got flooded. So happy to be reunited with my treasures. Thankyou guys for always looking out for me and keeping in touch with me when my payments got behind. So happy everything was kept safe.
