  We did a fair bit of shopping around before we decided on a builder for our new home in the Gold Coast. There were a number of things that made us go with G Developments. We've had a family member recently build with them and was also very happy. The price we were given pretty much included everything. All we had to do was the fencing and plants. Everything else was done. Great Job

  We are very happy with our decision to build with G Developments. The sales consultant put a great deal of effort into making sure everything was exactly as we wanted. They were very flexible with changes and adding in our personal choices. The contract phase was thorough and everything covered well. The build phase was very smooth, fast, and our site supervisor was a pleasure to work with through the entire process. Communication and updates were easy and frequent. We always knew where things were at and had someone to speak to if needed. The end result is a home we are thrilled with. The build quality is wonderful and G Developments have been a pleasure to go through this process with. We would highly recommend them as a builder. If we were to build again we would definitely use them again
