  Great little pet friendly place. Units are well set out, clean and modern. Can take birds, dogs & cats so thought we would check it out. The owners are really friendly and went out of their way to make sure the birds, and us, were catered for.

  It is a big release that my cats can stay with us in a nice cozy room. Vicki was such an amazing host even she was sometimes busy but she was still generous offering her help. It is the best pet friendly accommodation ever in my 2 weeks road trip from Cairns. Will love to come back and thank you for preparing the stuff for my cats too. Love it !! Highly recommend !!

  BEWARE! Great Place... Bad Management!
  
  After staying at Jadran Motel & El Jays Holiday Lodge for three days, with no issues, I wanted to extend my stay. When trying to book and pay online I received a message stating that management had declined my reservation due to a “previous incident” to which they refused to inform me about. I never received any form of communication from Management regarding this and I had no idea what it was about. Despite numerous requests sent to the Manager, Vicki, both by email and phone, they refused to tell me anything and then told me I had to leave the property. They even threatened to call the police whilst I was waiting out the front to be picked up. I was in between moving at the time, had my dog with me and no transport of my own so it made for a very difficult situation, one of which I still don’t know the reason for! To top it off they are making me wait seven days to refund me my security deposit!

  A great place to stay and they also accept our 2 red cattle dogs to stay with us in the rooms

  This motel is the best I have stayed in yet it would b pretty hard to top. I have been in motels for almost a year and whilst the sunburst is great clean rooms and great management the JADRAN Is the absolute best kitchen seperate bedroom and everything U need to clean including is all at yr fingertips I never thought U could stay in a place this beautiful for $300 less than other places. Gorgeous spacious quiet living pet friendly and a manager who is so nice and makes it feel like home..Best place to stay on the Gold Coast by far!!
