  BEWARE!! Incompetent, untrustworthy, unsure why he is still allowed to practice!!! We saw him 2yrs ago, had a fairly basic return with an investment property. After going through the draft we found mistake after mistake, even illegal activity. We decided to not use his services...but he had already lodged our return without our consent or knowledge! We put a complaint in to the ATO reporting his unethical and illegal activity, this was 2yrs ago and still no outcome....and look, he's still practicing! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

  Unreliable, over priced and untrustworthy. Lodged my personal tax return without my consent or knowledge. When I realized and decided I wanted to change accountants he avoided my calls for months on end and produced a final bill for the exact amount of my return. Convenient.

  I highly recommend these guys to everyone. They know what they are talking about. Malcolm is brilliant at what he does and will answer your questions honestly. I can't rave enough about how good they are and I have been using Namro for many years.

  Non-transparent, incompetent, and unreliable. Thoroughly frustrating experience.
  
  Namro supplied me with an estimated tax return which was well beyond what I thought I should be getting back. When I approached Malcolm about it, he went through the calculations again, and assured me that the estimate was correct. I eventually needed to sit down with my accountant colleague and do the calculations myself, only to find out Namro missed the HECS repayments from my tax return. This ordeal took around 2 weeks. I was of course charged $198 for their "services" at the end of it all.
  
  To make matters worse, they had overcharged my wife $330 with her tax return. At first they tried to justify the excessive rate by saying the service fee is based on the amount of time their accountants spent on reviewing the matter. When we requested specifics (time spent, hourly charge etc.), they back-tracked and said it's actually a fixed fee. After a week of persistence, they finally came back and admitted they had overcharged her by $330.
  
  P.S. We requested an ETA and service fee estimate BEFORE the lodging the tax return, but this request was completely ignored.

  I received a wonderful service from these guys, thank you so much for making my tax returns/BAS & Xero work easy. Emails, requests & enquiries all responded to extremely promptly & pleasantly. Even when I have been behind schedule & put pressure on them with time frames. Very happy with their service & happily recommend to all of my friends.
